Together with our partners in various foreign countries, Constructive Solutions Inc. has demonstrated proven success at administering the entire recruitment and delivery process with well trained and extremely motivated personnel.  We have been primarily focused on providing highly qualified skilled trades personnel for the construction industry: Some of these trades are:
